Gene Hamacher

Gene Hamacher has nine years of experience as a Manufacturing Client Manager for TechHelp, the Manufacturing Extension Partnership in Idaho. In this position, he has provided training, coaching, and advising for manufacturing companies across Idaho and Washington. He also led training events across the United States, Chile, and Japan.

Gene has 16 years of process improvement and management experience in the Aerospace Industry. This includes Lean manufacturing, advanced quality systems implementation, and senior leadership positions.

He spent nine years as an instructor at Technical Colleges. He taught courses on subjects such as Business Management, Team Leadership, Production Control, Project Management, Electronics, Finance, and Statistics. During this time, he also worked as a small business advisor for the SBDC.
